This website is a static information site. It has no accounts, no contact forms accepting submissions, and no advertising trackers. Entering a ZIP code in the Water Explorer preview happens in your browser only; it is not transmitted to or stored by us. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
When requests open
When homeowner requests are enabled, we will collect only the information needed to respond and, with your consent, to connect you with a local professional: contact details, ZIP code, water supplier if known, and the concerns you describe. Attribution details such as campaign and UTM parameters may be stored with a request so the right partner is credited.
What we will never do

- Share your details with a local professional without your request and consent.
- Collect or store payment card numbers on this website.
- Use health-related inferences about your household for advertising.
